​Tip Sheet for Students with Disabilities

IEPs and 504 Plans do not follow students into the work environment but individuals can request support from employers and there are rights under state and federal law, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

In this document we review a few common questions that people might have about work and the ADA and provide additional resources.
